Refund requests
Contact support with your invoice number and reason. Requests are assessed against purchase terms, service use and applicable rights.
Incorrect or duplicate payments
Duplicate charges and amount discrepancies are checked against bank and provider records. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible.
Legal rights
Mandatory rights applicable to consumers or business customers remain unaffected.
