Trials and fees
New accounts begin with a 14-day trial. Paid access begins after verified payment. Currency, duration, total price and applicable taxes must be disclosed before purchase.
Your responsibilities
You must hold authority over your domains, protect credentials and configure DNS and destination servers correctly. Open relaying, spam and unauthorized use are prohibited.
Term and exit
Paid access is purchased for one month and requires a new payment for renewal. No automatic renewal charge is made. Restore your previous MX configuration and export needed data before leaving.
Liability and disputes
Service levels, liability limits, governing law and dispute procedures are defined in the executed agreement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
